1 C Barn is a family-owned home that is both an event venue and family stay destination in Black Forest, Colorado. Twenty-one years ago, we purchased 40 acres from the original homesteader of the land on a handshake deal. Our 3 children grew up here and had ducks, goats, cats, dogs, motorcycles, and go-carts. They went off to college, got degrees, and have come back to help with the family business. As a labor of love, we all built this beautiful gathering place.
